The planning fee varies according to the complexity of your journey. A straightforward journey may start at R1,500, while international, multi-destination or more complex journeys requiring deeper research and accessibility verification will be quoted accordingly.

Your Travel Costs
The cost of your actual travel arrangements is separate from our professional fees.
This may include accommodation, transport, experiences, dining, flights, transfers, equipment and other third-party services.
We will present these costs clearly as part of your proposal before you commit to your journey.
